Kent State facilitator Deborah Easton has been a communications coach since 1982, and provides audiences with practical and effective advice for utilizing successful communication skills. Her techniques for one-to-one interactions or group communications provide positive results. Every speech and workshop is adapted to the individual needs of the client, providing a valuable training program within each unique organizational culture. Easton has partnered with Kent State to provide various programs for organizations such as W.W. Grainger, PolyOne Corporation, Graco Children’s Products, United Stationers Supply, Insurance.com, Newell/Rubbermaid, The Timken Company, Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, Diebold, Fresh Mark Inc., Aircraft Braking Systems, L’OREAL USA and Aultman Health Foundation, among others. Easton holds a master’s degree in communications studies from Kent State University.
