What's Up Event Registration

Thank you for your interest in submitting your event to What's Up. Below you will find the required form to submit your event to the web page. All required fields are labeled in bold.
 

Highlighted Event Submission:

If you would like to see your event in the highlighted section of the site, which also appears on FlashLine, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Check the box requesting the event to be highlighted.
  • Your event must occur on Thursday through Sunday.
  • Your event must not be a recurring event.
  • You must email a quality JPEG image to kdolan3@kent.edu two weeks before the event date. The image must be 130x110 pixels. Be sure to include the title of the event while submitting!

You may be contacted if one of the above is not met.

Select the start date and time for this event. If this is a recurring event this date will be when the first meeting occurs.

Select when the event will be wrapping up. If this is a recurring event, this will be the final date the event occurs.
