As more residence halls have been upgraded to have air conditioning, the demands on the existing infrastructure have increased. This new equipment allows for system growth and redundancy while providing energy savings and peak performance. Design work is underway. Construction will proceed in phases so as to not interrupt any chilled water service to the residence halls. This General Contracting project is being managed via OAKS-CI.
