If you are required to have a physical exam or obtain prophylactic medications prior to traveling you may call 330-672-2322 to schedule an appointment.  You may be asked to schedule an appointment with a registered nurse before meeting with the clinician.  This will allow the nurse to review your physical exam form and/or travel destinations.
