Edit / Modify an Existing Event
To edit an event that your department has already entered.
1. Select Modify/Cancel/Delete under the Events Tab on the Main Navigation. Find the event in the list of events on the left side of the screen. Select the event and hit "Submit".
Note: If you have more than 25 events, not all of them will show in the list on the left side of the screen. You can use the options on the right side of the screen to search for the event.
2. You will have the option to modify, cancel or delete the event. Select the option you want and hit "Submit" (image one). If there are multiple dates to the event, you can choose to alter or delete specific dates or the entire series. If you want to change specific dates in an event with a series of dates, use the drop down and select "Modify an Occurrence(s) in the Series". The dates will appear on the right side of the screen. Put a check mark by the dates you wish to alter and select "Submit". Then use the "Submit" button on the left side of the screen.
3. Alter your event information and submit it for approval.
