A warrior is termed with bravery and experience. Extreme Warriors take those traits to the next level. This class will put you on a new spectrum of fitness including strength, aerobic, agility and endurance training.

Kick Boxing (398734)

Learn basic kick boxing moves and techniques to develop your agility, balance, coordination and power, while increasing your flexibility.
