Aqua Arthritis

An exercise class designed for people with varying abilities and living with arthritis. This class will help individuals increase their range of motion and build muscle strength and endurance.

Aqua Deep

Join in on this non-impact combination of cardio and strength training! This class is held in the deep end of the pool, however a flotation belt will be used so no swimming experience is needed.

Aqua Shallow

Swim on up to this shallow water workout, sure to get your heart rate up while improving muscular strength and endurance, all while decreasing the impact on your joints.

Barre Basics

Multilevel Yoga

Multilevel yoga is for those looking for a step up from Yoga Basics. While it is suggested that participants have practiced yoga before, instructors will provide modifications to offer a diverse range for all abilities.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a non-impact, non-aerobic, deep muscle conditioning that strengthens the body's abdominal muscles, gluteus and back.

PiYo (Faculty/ Staff Only)
