(142002) Lifeguarding

Class Dates Day Time Registration

M,F 6 - 9 p.m.

This course prepares participants to respond to emergencies and prevent drowning and injuries. Upon successful completion, participants will be certified in Lifeguarding, FA/CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, Oxygen Administration and Preventing Disease Transmission.

Fee: Student $190 Member $210, Nonmember $230

This American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED programs helps participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies by teaching skills that participants need to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.

Fee: Student $70, Member $75, Nonmember $85

The purpose of the American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers program is to train professional-level rescuers to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants until more advanced medical personnel take over.

Fee: Student $80, Member $85, Nonmember $95

All aquatics certifications are taught by American Red Cross-certified instructors. Please note that participation in a certification class does not guarantee certification. All skills related to the certification must be properly demonstrated (as defined by course outline) in order to receive certification.
