National Change of Address Linkage System (NCOA)
NCOA is an address correction service that USPS provides to mailers through USPS licensees. The licensees match mailing lists submitted on tape or disk against change-of-address information for the entire country. If a match is made, NCOA can correct the address before it is printed on a mailpiece.
Kent State's ink jet engine prints addresses and barcodes on envelopes, catalogs or cards. Departments may forward list files via cd, flash drive or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Excel is the preferred file format.
For questions about acceptable formats and thickness, call Mail Services at 330-672-8706.
