VISIT: One of our convenient walk-up locations:
- Library Tech HelpDesk: Located on the 1st floor of the Library (beside the reference desk), the Tech HelpDesk provides basic technology and password assistance.
- Regional Campus Helpdesks: Each regional campus at Kent State University has their own walk-up location for technology help.
- The Tech Spot (Personal Technology Service & Repair): The Tech Spot in the Tri-Towers Rotunda on the Kent Campus serves the personally-owned technology needs of all students, faculty and staff.
Support for Students
In addition to the options listed above, there are a few tech help resources just for students:
Tech at Night (After-Hours Support): If you're a student living in the residence halls, look no further than Tech at Night. Tech at Night student staff members are available in the residence halls 5 days a week.
Support for Faculty & Staff
Training Resources: Faculty and staff can receive training on applications developed and supported by Information Services. Training professionals work with clients to develop training materials that address their specific needs.
