Listserv requests can be made at listserv.kent.edu by selecting Request a New List. Listserv owners can also manage their lists at this web site.
This service is provided in order to support official university functions. It may be requested by any person responsible for implementing or maintaining a service in support of university business.
Service delivery process
Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Requests are immediately acknowledged by the support ticketing system. Acknowledgement of a request will be received from an IS representative within 3 business days.
Expected response time for fulfillment:
Requests that do not require additional information are typically fulfilled within 2 weeks.
Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
