Information Services provides display and Public Address (P.A.) system hardware and staffing services for all the institutional athletic competitions, and for the majority of guest speakers and performers. Support of these services includes the ongoing inspection and maintenance of campus P.A. systems for all athletic venues, lecture halls, and general purpose classrooms.

Service delivery process
Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Customer is contacted within one business day of request. Curator or care-takers are notified within several days of any planned maintenance.
Expected response time for fulfillment:
Emergency maintenance is provided immediately.
Non-emergency activities are addressed ASAP.
Most activities involve multiple customer interactions prior to the event. Subsequent customer contacts vary according to the event or activity.
Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Service may be requested outside of normal business hours at time of request.
Service provided as-needed and as part of scheduled seasonal activities.
