This service provides controls that protect availability and quality of services while changes are made to the IT infrastructure and services. This service maintains and manages the IS Change Schedule, grants and removes user access to the IS Change Schedule, and approves or rejects proposed changes.

Service delivery process
Expected response time for acknowledgement:
2 business days for user access requests. For requests to schedule a change, it will take one to five business days for acknowledgement, depending on date entered.
Expected response time for fulfillment:
4 business days for user access requests. For requests to schedule a change, it will take a variable amount of time, depending on complexity and dependencies of the proposed change.
Service delivery hours:
The IS division holds weekly meetings to review and approve requests to schedule a change. The CAB meets Thursday afternoon to review the proposed changes entered onto the IS Change Schedule. The change management team meets Friday morning to approve postpone or reject.
