Blackboard Learn - Combine Courses

Blackboard Learn is the Information Services supported Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS is the application used to deliver course material via the Internet for hybrid and fully online courses.

How to request this service

Instructors must go to and submit an online Course Combine Form with details regarding sections/courses that need to be combined within Blackboard.

Faculty must request Combine for their own sections and sections from current semester only.

Go to, and click Course Combine Form. Provide course details including the following information:

  • Course Name
  • Course Number(s)
  • Section Nos.
  • CRN(s)
  • User name of instructor teaching the sections that need to be combined

Service delivery process

Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Notification is given when the request has been fulfilled

Expected response time for fulfillment:
Within two business days

Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Excluding university breaks
