Constance Hawke, Associate Counsel/Associate VP, Federal Government Relations
Constance Hawke began practicing law in 1978 and joined the General Counsel office in 2000. Dr. Hawke's primary practice areas are research, technology licensing and partnerships, intellectual property and construction contracts. She is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Dr. Hawke also acts as the federal liaison for the University on funding and compliance matters. Hawke earned a bachelor's degree at Bowling Green State University, a law degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law and a Ph.D. from Kent State University.
