Where can faculty and staff receive in-person technology support over the summer?

Your local IT support person is available to assist you this summer with your university-owned computer needs. Just visit and click Local Support to find the contact information for your department. You may also click Submit at Ticket to file your request directly online.

For personally-owned computers, the Tech Spot in the Tri-Towers Rotunda is available to faculty and staff for full-service technology repair.

The Tech Spot is open all summer long, Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Visit for more information.
