Does Kent State provide basic technology support via the Web?

Yes. The newly launched Online Support Center at from Information Services provides online technical support including password assistance, software downloads and basic computer help.

In addition to technology help, provides convenient phone number listings and frequently asked questions from Kent State. Students, faculty and staff can browse support articles on their own, submit tickets for technology issues or chat live with a support representative 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Visit the next time you need technology help. For in-person technology support, visit the Information Services Walk-Up Desk on the first floor of the Library on the Kent Campus. Faculty and staff can also go to the Tech Spot in the Tri-Towers Rotunda ( for complete care for their personal computers.
