Yvonne Delgado Thomas
Yvonne Delgado Thomas holds a M.S.E. in Education Administration, a B.S.E. in Education and maintains the following active licenses: Teaching 7-12 English, Elementary Principal and Superintendent. Yvonne is a Kent State Alumni. She joined the Corporate and Foundation Relations Team in May 2013. The majority of her professional career has been as an administrator in the public school system. Her recent positions have included Director of Development, Director of HR and Development and Director of the Porter Center for Science & Mathematics -- a STEM initiative serving over 15,000 students annually grades PreK - 12 as well as providing professional development opportunities for teachers and administrators throughout Northeast Ohio. Yvonne has a proven history of successful fund development experience which has brought in millions to education, community-based organizations, non-profits and collaborative initiatives throughout the region. Her professional experiences have allowed her an opportunity to develop and maintain an extensive and growing pool of corporate and foundation relationships. Yvonne’s affiliations have included: Association of Fundraising Professionals member, Lake/Geauga Educational Assistance Foundation board member, Lake Health - Women’s Health Advisory Board member, Lake County United Way Evaluation & Investment Committee member and Geauga Department on Aging volunteer.
