CCI Unveils New Satellite TruckPosted May. 21, 2010

Kent State TeleProductions drove its new dual combination high-definition production and satellite uplink truck onto campus less than a month ago.
Since then, engineers have used the truck for fashion shows and the May 4 commemoration. The next big event for the truck is commencement.
"Kent State will now be able to cover sporting events with more accuracy and precision for an all-around better viewing of the game," said John Butte, director of TeleProductions. "TeleProductions also produces MAC sports for Fox Sports Ohio and is proud to be serving them with advanced technology."
The satellite uplink truck can cover a wide variety of projects including corporate events, breaking news, live sports productions, satellite media tours, and more with:
″ Five high-definition cameras
″ Digital high-definition switcher
″ Playback and instant replay
The truck will also be available for hire for live uplink and remote on-site video production.
