The Photo-Illustration minor offers students a basic understanding of photography as it relates to commercial use. Subjects covered include camera manipulation, composition, lighting, digital technologies, photography used as illustration, and photography as it is used in print and online publications.

Requirement to declare minor: Minimum 2.000 overall Kent State University GPA; or, if a first semester freshman or transfer student admitted in good standing, no established Kent State University GPA is needed. Minimum 2.250 GPA in the minor required for graduation.
