The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certificate prepares nurses who already have a master's degree in nursing to be an advanced practice nurse in the sub-specialty of pediatric nurse practitioner for the professional role in the care of infants, children and adolescents. After completing 630 clinical hours and the complete plan of study, graduate are eligible to apply for the National Certification Examination.
