Innovation, New Product Development, Organizational Reputation


Todd is a doctoral candidate of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Kent State University.  His research concerns customer participation in the new product development process, organizational reputation, and strategic orientations of the firm and how they impact competitive advantage.  He also focuses on resource alignment of partnering firms and how it affects innovation outcomes.

Past Work Experience:

Prior to joining the Marketing Doctoral program, Todd was employed as a Senior Marketing Analyst for a direct marketing firm in Cleveland, OH.  He was responsible for database marketing, predictive response modeling, data mining, and transactional data analysis.
