Michael Ellis

Associate Professor

Michael Ellis received a Ph.D. in Economics from Texas A&M University. He focuses his teaching efforts on macroeconomics and monetary economics. His early research focused primarily on the international aspects of macroeconomic policy, including exchange rate based inflation stabilization policies and fiscal policies in externally indebted countries. His recent research examines how monetary policy committees make monetary policy decisions.
