Dr. Susan Hoefflinger Taft has her Ph.D.in Organizational Behavior from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She serves as the Director of the MSN-MBA Dual Degree and MSN in Nursing and Healthcare Management Programs through the College of Nursing. Dr. Taft teaches leadership, management, and health policy in the Colleges of Nursing and Business Administration. Her research, teaching, consulting and writing focus on a range of leadership, management, and policy areas in organizations. Dr. Taft's work has been published in nursing, health care, and management journals and has received three journals' "best article of the year" awards.
Dr. Taft was the 2011 recipient of the KSU Distinguished Teaching Award.
