It is not necessary to contact the Bursar's Office to request a refund as all refunds are issued once a valid credits exists on the student account.
Each student attending KSU will be mailed a KSU Choice Card shortly after they register for classes the first time.  It is important that students log into the website once they receive their card. On this website the student will select the method in which any future refunds will be issued to them. Failure to make a refund selection will delay the delivery of a refund. Students must select one of the three refund preferences below for their student refunds:
·        Direct Deposit into the student's Bank Account
·        Paper Check
·        OneAccount
All parent plus refunds will be mailed to the parent whose name appears on the PLUS loan application unless, at the time of the online application, the parent requests that the refund be sent to the student.
