BSCI 40192 Internship [pdf]Biology majors interested in pursuing an off campus internship experience with the intent of receiving course credit must follow the directions of this form and receive approval from the BSCI Undergraduate Coordinator.
Permission for Time Conflict Override [pdf]In order to receive a time conflict override, use this form when two courses have an overlapping time conflict. The student must collect signatures from both course instructors that are in question and turn the form into the BSCI main office, CHH 256.
